The Perks of Being a Wallflower
I first read this about 7 years ago when I kept hearing that it was "the best book ever" and everyone's instant favorite. I guess it was too overhyped then because I didn't care for it all that much. I decided to give it another try after seeing the trailer for the movie. Turns out, I was able to appreciate it much more this time around and enjoy it for the beautiful writing. It may still be overhyped, but it is a damn good book.
